"Industrial and Logistics Park Burgas" JSC, is a joint project between the Municipality of Burgas and "National Company of Industrial Zones" LLC, which has 100% state capital. Our main activity is related to the construction, management and development of industrial zones of modern type. Thanks to our shareholders, the support we provide is actually implemented at two institutional levels - regional and national. Our company strives to provide the best possible conditions to any business, Bulgarian or foreign investor, who chooses to operate in Burgas. In our case, the procedures, deadlines and costs for investors are significantly reduced. In the case of the Burgas Industrial Park, this stems from the planning and development of the infrastructure throughout the industrial zone. Moreover, we at Industrial Park assist investors in dealing with construction procedures and coordination with other authorities, institutions and utility companies. We have two separate territories within the city of Burgas - in the Industrial Zone "North" (PHASE 1) and the Industrial Zone "South" (PHASE 2). The exhaustion of our land capacity in the "North" industrial zone has led to the acquisition of 600 000 sq.m. of state land. They are located in the South Industrial Zone of the city, near the Burgas shipyards and the road connection to the quarter of Burgas "Meden Rudnik". This is actually Phase II of our project. The southern zone will have similar infrastructural parameters to the northern zone - there will be a feeder street, storm and domestic sewerage, sewage treatment plant, high-speed internet, gas and other communications. While the Northern Industrial Zone is geared more towards small and medium-sized companies, the new zone to the south offers the opportunity for larger enterprises to develop. Investors are offered plots of between 20 000 and 150 000 sq.m., while in the old zone plots are between 2 000 and 20 000 sq.m .
