The content of the website is published by registered users:
- Owners, operators, or representatives of industrial properties who will be able to publish information on the public portal.
All data in the system is maintained by the Bulgarian Investment Agency in partnership with ministries, municipalities, educational institutions, and property owners. The information is updated periodically with the aim of maximum accuracy and completeness. The availability of a centralized database reduces the time needed to search for information and minimizes the risk of outdated data.

User Registration
Registration and login to the system are performed only with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) issued by a licensed provider.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION WITH QES:
- Prepare your QES – ensure it is valid and the necessary software (drivers and signing module) is installed and functioning properly.
- Open investmap.government.bg
- Select the "Login" option
- Select your electronic signature from the list and enter the PIN code.
- The system will automatically recognize your data. Fill in any additional information if required.
- Confirm the registration and save the confirmation (if available).
After authentication with QES, the system will automatically create a request to create an account.
Accounts and users are reviewed and approved by an administrator of the Bulgarian Investment Agency.
REGISTERED USERS WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Publish a new listing;
- View and manage listings;
- Edit already published listings;
- Configure their account settings;
- Add additional employees to their account.
Listing Requirements
- Listings may only be published by registered users;
- Before being published, each listing is subject to verification and approval by an administrator of the Bulgarian Investment Agency.
- Listings approved for publication fall into the following categories:
- Available regulated and unregulated land plots
Minimum requirements for land listings:
- Designation: industrial land;
- Area: min. 10,000 sq.m. for developed land plots;
min. 50,000 sq.m. for undeveloped land plots.
- Ownership: listed by the owner or an authorized representative, with proof of ownership and/or notarized power of attorney uploaded in the system;
- Industrial and logistics zones;
- Technology parks;
- Educational and research institutions.
